5. Permitted & Prohibited Use

You agree to use our software only for legitimate business and hospitality operations. You shall not:

• Use the platform for any illegal, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or copy the platform source code or design.
• Attempt to breach the security, stability, or infrastructure of the servers.
• Transmit any harmful software, viruses, or malicious code.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All software, designs, trademarks, trade names, logos, and materials on Smart QR Order are the intellectual property of RAMAVATAR or its licensors. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RAMAVATAR and Smart QR Order shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from platform downtime, service interruptions, or data loss. In all cases, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the preceding month for the subscription.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh, India.
